For more information on agility training, you can watch a video about agility training by one of my clients, Dr. John T. Jones. It is an excellent demonstration of what agility training is all about. It is a good starting point for anyone interested in getting started with agility training. What is Agility? Agility is a movement pattern of using your body to get around. It consists of various movements that are coordinated by your nervous system. The most common movement pattern is the squat. The squat consists of one leg straight, the other bent at a 90 degree angle. Your lower body must be in balance while in the squat and the hips must be on the ground as your legs rotate through the squat. The movement pattern of the squat is very important because it allows you to control the position of the body while moving. The squat is used to get a better grip on your objects as well as to develop flexibility and coordination of the muscles in your lower body.
